1. What exactly is a personal lifestyle concierge?

A personal lifestyle concierge caters to the specific needs of their clients and gives them back their time by performing tasks on their behalf. As a result, clients can focus on what is important to them and do more things that they enjoy.

Yes, we are bonded and insured.

3. What if you cannot perform the service that I need help with?

We are a trusted and informed referral service. If we cannot perform a service, we become a gateway to highly rated, respected, and screened vendors who can perform the service. In addition, we will work directly with the vendor so that you do not have to.

4. How are you different from a personal assistant?

Bluebelle Concierge provides as-needed personal assistant services without the commitment of hiring a personal assistant. As the relationship develops, we become a trusted source of support for our clients and know their needs and interests so well that we can anticipate future requests and ensure they are completed (many times without being asked)!

5. Are you available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

No, we are available Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, unless otherwise arranged.

6. What if I need help with something that’s not on your services menu?

Feel free to ask us about any requests you may have that do not appear on our menu of services. We are happy to make accommodations for all of your needs.

The first thing you do is contact us! After a brief conversation about what services you are looking for, we will set-up a time to meet in person to learn more about your needs and how we can best serve you.
